Three Raptors Selected to All-Region Team

Rockville, MD - Three Raptors were named to NJCAA DII All-Region XX teams for the 2024-25 season. 

Sophomores Ibrahim Abdulmateen-Robinson and Mateusz Szpin were selected for Second Team honors while Freshman Chris Levy was named an Honorable Mention. 

From Bowie, Abdulmateen-Robinson started 31 games for the Raptors, averaging 11.8 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. Szpin, originally from Warsaw, Poland, started 32 games, averaging a double-double, with 10.8 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. Levy, from Miami, Florida, started 32 games, providing 134 assists and averaging 12.2 points per game. 

The selects recognize the Raptor's strong season, as the team finished with a record of 24-8, raising as high as #12 in national polls.
