Raptors Women's Soccer Drop a Match in South Jersey 4-2 
On Sunday, September 19, the Montgomery College Raptors women's soccer team fell to the No. 2 nationally-ranked Rowan College South Jersey – Gloucester Roadrunners on the road 4-2. 

The Raptors would capitalize on a Roadrunner mistake and mount an attack that would lead to a Maila Hudson goal on MC's first shot on goal to take the 1-0 lead in the 28th minute. 

The Roadrunners would score two answered goals to take the lead, but a Rowan foul in the box would give the Raptors a penalty kick. Nathalie Mejia would take the penalty kick for MC and score to tie the game up 2-2 with 22 minutes left to play. However, the Roadrunners would not let up on their attack and scored two more goals before the final whistle to win 4-2.
