Sports Information

The Montgomery College Sports Information Office is responsible for all marketing, public relations, media relations, and publications for the school's nine varsity athletic programs. 

The mission of the Sports Information Office is to provide quality, accurate and objective information about each intercollegiate sports program. Additionally, marketing our student-athletes, coaches, and all athletic programs with a positive brand so that all parties can achieve their highest potential.

Please get in touch with the office for working credentials and press box space and photos, statistics, press releases, feature stories, and other information on the Raptors.

Credentials:

All requests for working press, photo and broadcast credentials and parking passes to cover Montgomery College's home games must be made in writing at least one week before the game.

The demand for credentials is normally met each game. However, if demand exceeds our available space, media regularly assigned to cover Montgomery College and the visiting school will receive top priority.

Photo credentials are issued for still photographers and video photographers. All photographers must work within the guidelines prescribed by the NJCAA. Please be advised that photographers assume all risks if entering the playing area of an athletic event. No flash photography is permitted during gameplay.

At the Game:

Members of the media covering Montgomery College will benefit from working in a professional and comfortable environment. Absolutely no cheering or other unprofessional behavior will be allowed. The sports information staff will be at your service throughout home events. In addition, appropriate pre-game materials and statistics will be available to all working media at each event.

After the Game:

Complete statistics and play-by-play will be provided to the working media. All interview and photo requests must be coordinated through the Sports Information Office. Following the game, coaches and players will be made available upon request. No media will be granted access to the locker room.

Other Interviews:

Interviews with MC head coaches, athletics administrators, assistant coaches and players can be scheduled during the week by contacting the Sports Information Office. Any interview arrangement surrounding practice time should be arranged through the Sports Information Office. Once practice begins, coaches and players are not available until the completion of practice.
