Game Summary

A tough matchup this afternoon ended in a last minute goal by # 5 Nicolas Morillo in the 87^th minute to ensure the Raptors finished the 2024 Tom Bichy Invitational with a tie. 

The game was tightly contested by both teams, but it was MC who opened up the scoring as sophomore midfielder #18 Caio Braga, netted a penalty kick in the 23^rd minute. Plenty of action throughout the first half by both teams, and MC was able to reach halftime with a 1-0 lead. Coming out of the half, Harcum pushed the MC defense back with fast play. It only took 6 minutes for Harcum to equalize, doing so in the 51^st minute of the second half. Just two minutes later, Harcum took the lead with a beautiful finish by #19 Zsombor Pall. The aggressiveness increased as time was going against the Raptors, and frustrations led to six yellow cards and two red cards for MC. However, with under 3 minutes left, the Raptors tied the game and played excellent defense with only 9 players on the field to close out the game.
