All Students must have an updated physical on file with the Athletic Department before participating in practice or tryouts. Click here for Sports Physical Forms.

Spring Practice / Tryouts Start:

Monday, January 10th 

Mondays - Fridays | 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm 

Saturdays | 8:30 am-10:30 am

Rockville Campus | Auxiliary Gym PE137 (unless weather permits softball field)
