Raptors Men's Soccer Soar to Another Conference Win with 12-0 Victory Over Carroll CC Lynx

Montgomery College men's soccer made a strong statement in the first road game of September with a 12-0 victory over Carroll Community College Lynx on Thursday afternoon.

Andres Javitt had six goals and two assists, while six different Raptors scored in the team's fourth game of the season. Javitt scored four goals in the first half, and Wilmer Escobar Jr. scored in the 24th minute to give Montgomery a 5-0 lead going into halftime. Diego Ramirez scored in the 45th minute, Marco Rocafuerte scored in the 48th minute, Jason Guevara scored in the 61st minute, Deric Pocasangre scored in the 66th minute, and Hurrich Engoue scored in the 81st minute.

Thomas Donnellan got his first start in goal for Montgomery and made two saves, and Marvin Cheguen Mendez started the second half in goal and made two saves to combine for the team's second shut-out of the season. 

The Raptors' next game will be at home on Tuesday, September 14th at 7:00 pm against Hagerstown CC!
