Montgomery College Men's basketball team lost to the Allegany College of Maryland Trojans 80-55. MC struggled to find their offense in the first and went into halftime down by seven points, 34-27. The Raptors cold hand continued in the second half and the Trojans doubled up on the Raptors to take the win.
Sanu Basu was the stand-out point producer for Montgomery College, scoring a season-high 14 points, while Marquise Trent and Marlon Pratt scored nine points in the MDJUCO match-up.
The Raptors fall to 5-5 on the season and 2-2 in the MDJUCO conference entering finals week. The Raptors' next games are scheduled to take place Saturday, December 18th at home in the MC Holiday Tournament as they will play Nassau CC at 3 pm and Union County College at 7 pm.
