MC Volleyball takes 2 wins over the weekend.
he women's volleyball team secured two more wins at home this weekend in a tri-match against region XX opponents Howard Community College and Baltimore City Community College.
Howard Community College 19 25 24 18 = 1
Montgomery College (MD) 25 19 26 25 = 3
Freshman Megan Wessling (Sherwood H.S.) led the offense against HCC with 13 kills for a hitting percentage of 0.333, and she added 7 digs and one service ace.
Freshmen Jaynna Crocker (Good Counsel H.S.) contributed a double-double to the match with 10 kills 10 digs and one service ace.
Sophomore Setter Mya Lee (Clarksburg H.S.) tallied 16 assists and contributed one service ace, as well.

The second opponent BCCC faced fierce attempts from the serving line as the Raptors racked up 32 service aces as a squad!

Freshman Middle Blocker Olivia Wright (Potomac H.S.) contributed another 4 kills on 5 swings.
