LOCH SHELDRAKE N.Y. - Over the weekend the Monroe Community College Women's Basketball Team dropped a pair of games at the SUNY Sullivan Classic. In game one the Tribunes were defeated by the Hoard CC Dragons by a score of 63-42, and in game two they fell short, losing to Montgomery College (MD) 80-54.
Game 1:
- Kamiya Dambreville and Tylah Langley each led the team in scoring with eight points
- Shariona Blocker dropped six points and hauled in seven boards
- Kalani Thomas recorded five points and totaled six rebounds
- Milka Guerrido recorded five points
Game 2:
- Niani Downing scored 14 points and hauled in 12 rebounds
- Kamiya Dambreville dropped ten points and secured seven rebounds
- Cierra Grant recorded seven points
- Kennedy Young scored 13 points and totaled five rebounds
