Compliance and Eligibility Requirements

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH PROSPECTIVE ATHLETE

1. Must be a full time student - enrolled in 12 or more credits
2. Must be in credited classes (not audited)
3. Complete Montgomery College Athletic Compliance Forms
4. Must have a High School transcript, GED, or Home School documents
5. Must have a valid physical examination on file with the Athletics Department
6. Transfer students must have and OFFICIAL college transcript from any college(s) they attended
7. Since high school graduation, any period of time of non-enrollment in college must be documented
8. Armed Forces enlistment must be documented with the branch of military, enlistment date and discharge date
9. International students who have graduated from a foreign high school must have their transcripts evaluated by one of the following:
