Two Raptors Named 2016 NJCAA Division III Women’s Soccer All-Americans

Montgomery College sophomores Alejandra Ramos and Jaime Montgomery were named 2016 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III Women's Soccer All-Americans. Ramos, a midfielder who graduated from Walter Johnson High School, scored 13 goals and had 10 assists. Two of her goals were game winners for the Raptors. Montgomery, a Gaithersburg High School grad, led the Raptors in goals with 24 despite playing in only 11 games. A forward, Montgomery's 54 total points were good for ninth in the nation. MC was crowned both region and district champions and finished the season ranked fourth in the country after competing in the NJCAA national tournament. The Raptors finished the season 17-3-1 and scored 103 goals, the second highest total in the nation.
