Jennifer Hoffmann Named New Montgomery College Raptors Softball Coach

There's a new face at the helm of Montgomery College Raptors Softball!

Montgomery College Athletics Department welcomes Jennifer Hoffmann as the head coach of the Raptors Softball program. Coach Hoffman has coached softball for the Montgomery County Public School System since 1999.  Before coming to MC, she was the head coach of the girls' softball team at Clarksburg High School.  She played softball locally at Seneca Valley High School and collegiately at Lynchburg University.  Coach Hoffmann is a Montgomery County Police Officer who has served the community for 27 years.  She is committed to helping, servicing and coaching in the community where she grew up and lives today, and loves giving back to the community that has given back so much to her.

"I am excited for this challenge of coaching at the collegiate level and ready to build a strong, competitive softball program here at Montgomery College.  I have a passion for coaching and strive to create a positive winning culture wherever I go.  I encourage my teams to play with integrity, commitment, and sportsmanship.  I expect a positive competitive attitude on and off the field from all of my players.  I thoroughly look forward to this awesome opportunity… are you ready for the challenge?"
