Men’s Track and Field Off and Running at Towson Invitational

TOWSON, Md. - The Montgomery College men's track and field competed at the Towson Invitational, on Saturday at Unitas Stadium. The team showed consistently by hitting the qualifying mark improving in the 4x1 relay with a time of 43.00. The group consisted of Anthony Wuya, Kance Wilson Jr., Alain Seri, & Aaron Tucker.

Once again, Lance Wilson Jr. qualified for nationals in all of his events, which included the Long Jump (6.34), 200m (22.71), & 400m (51.35). Aaron Tucker has also highlighted his talents by qualifying in back to back meets qualifying him for Nationals in the 100m (11.23), & 200m (22.76). Binyam Tadesse covered the mid-distance by qualifying in the 1500m (4:17.59). The big highlight was from one of the hardest workers in Alain Seri who hit his qualifying time for the first time in the 100m (11.38), & 200m (23.34).

The Raptors will compete at the Gallaudet Invitational at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, April 21st.
