Men's Track & Field Team Finishes 7th at NJCAA DIII Track and Field Outdoor National Championships!

The MC Raptors Men's Track and Field Team finished seventh place in the nation with several Raptors making trips to the podium at the NJCAA DIII Track and Field National Championships hosted by Howard Community College.  

Sophomore Ernest Long won second place in the men's 800m with a time of 1:59.65 and placed third in the 1500m 4:13.05. Lud Blair finished in fifth place in the 100m with a time of 10.98 and finished in sixth place in the 200m with a time of 22.50. the men's 4x100m relay team (Lud Blair, Sheldon Roman, Bob Okoroajuzie and Justin Leonard) placed fourth with a time of 43.99.  

Donovan Tyler finished in second place in the shot put with a throw of 13.38m which put him less than a foot behind the first place finisher. Tyler also finished in fourth place in the discus, behind teammate Phillip Kombet who placed second with a throw of 38.04m.
