SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College of William and Mary Men's Basketball team moves to 3-1 overall after they hosted they host Montgomery College yesterday evening for a nonconference matchup.
With the 34-23 lead at halftime, the Statesmen continued to rally through the second half to defeat Montgomery 63-54.
Nathaniel Lacey led the scoring with 19 points and 2 rebounds, while Kelby Saunders Jr. had 8 points and 10 boards. Deston Davenport chipped in with 9 points and 1 steal, and Kevon West had 8 points and 4 rebounds.
Richard Bland men's basketball next hosts Sandhills Community College on Saturday November 20th at 3pm.
