The Montgomery College Athletic Hall of Fame was established by members of the MC Club and College coaches. It recognizes former student athletes and MC coaches.
The Montgomery College Athletic Hall of Fame honors former student athletes and coaches who have demonstrated outstanding athletic achievement while a student athlete at Montgomery College, outstanding contributions as a coach at the College, and/or outstanding athletic achievement as a player or coach after leaving the College. Nominations are invited from alumni, faculty, and staff. A selection committee composed of the athletic director, three current coaches, and an alumnus from the MC Club will review all nominations to select the honorees.

Criteria for Membership in the Hall of Fame
• The nominee must have participated as a student or as a coach on the faculty at Montgomery College.
• The nominee will not be eligible until five years from the date of leaving Montgomery College.
• The nominee would have created an outstanding record in at least one of the following:
— Outstanding athletic achievement at Montgomery College (e.g., All-Region, All-American, etc.); and/or
— Outstanding athletic achievement as a player or coach after leaving Montgomery College; and/or
— Outstanding achievement in community service or in one’s profession.
• No more than five individuals may be inducted in one calendar year. The Association may condition the selection upon the nominee’s availability to accept induction at the Association’s awards banquet.
