Collin Turner, Men's Basketball

In just 40 games as a Montgomery College Raptor, Collin Turner tips his 1,000th career point on Friday, February 16 in the 95-84 victory over Baltimore City Community College in the quarterfinal game of the Maryland JUCO Tournament.

This outstanding achievement came as Turner drained a free throw with 9:50 remaining in the game giving him his 1,000th career point in just a season and a half. The 6-foot sophomore from Poolesville High School scored 21 points to go along with eight rebounds, five assists and three steals on the day. Congratulations to Mr. Turner on his tremendous milestone.
